The Service provides file format conversions, sizing adjustments, and metadata cleaning procedures. This is offered entirely free of charge for both commercial and personal creative projects.
You agree not to exploit the Service to perform malicious scripts injection, intentionally crash other browser systems, or scrape the frontend endpoints in an automated manner that interferes with site performance.
3. Local Processing & File Security
Evokax guarantees that it does not review, store, process, or inspect any image content uploaded. Since conversions are handled client-side inside your local browser memory stack, you retain 100% ownership and copyright of your files.
You are solely responsible for keeping backups of any visual assets before processing them. Evokax holds no database of your historical inputs and cannot retrieve or recover files once you close your active browser session.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL INTERACTIVE WORKSPACES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
While we use state-of-the-art libraries (such as heic2any, jsPDF, and canvas APIs) to maximize conversion fidelity, we do not warrant that output rendering will be 100% error-free or that specific metadata headers (EXIF profiles) will always persist perfectly. You use these browser tools entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Evokax, its developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, production downtime, hardware malfunctions, or business interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use our local conversion scripts.
6. Third-Party Advertisement & External Links
To support our hosting costs without charging our visitors, we partner with programmatic networks (such as Google AdSense) to render advertisements. These advertisements are owned and supplied by separate agencies, and we are not responsible for the content or security of websites hyperlinked in these ad boxes.
